Swami gives Life

Dear Sai Brothers and Sisters,

 

Om Sai Ram. Prayers to Swami that His Blessings be with everyone of you at

all times.

 

Whenever Swami used to go to Venkatagiri, People in Puttaparthi then used to

ask Swami as to why Does he not change the Activites of the Family members

of the Raja of Venkatagiri relating to Hunting which was a very favourite

pastime, Swami used to be so down to earth with them that after Morning

darshan's they used to go Hunting. Swami teaches Lessons to different people

in Different ways. One day Swami said that He wanted to accompany the Raja

on a hunting expedition, everyone was surprised, In the morning after

Bhajans the expedition went along the Forest and stopped near a Lake

overlooking a small hillock, Swami was explaining to a few people the

importance of plants and the various types of plants when Suddenly a Bullet

Shot rang out and As everyone rushed to the scene a Beautiful deer lay dead

shot by a member of the Raja's family, It was so beautiful that everyone was

so depressed and sad that it had died, The Raja said to Swami that "To

please get it back to Life", Swami teasingly told him that "Only God could

give it life", everyone started pestering Swami to "Do something", Swami

smiled and told the Raja "that He would do what they wanted but that

everyone of the Raja's family should from that moment on Become

Vegetarians", Swami said that "They were setting bad examples to others

Devotees with Swami", Swami also said that "Swami spent a lot of time here

apart from Puttaparthi and they should set an example with their behaviour",

The Raja agreed and promised Swami and then the Miracle happened, Swami blew

three times into the Dear Deer's mouth and lovingly Carresed its forehead,

Unbelievably in front of everyone the Deer steered into Life and slowly got

up and stood there for a Few minutes, Probably thanking Swami for giving it

life and then Ran away into the Thick Forests. That incident was the talk of

the whole town and they Followed the Raja's footsteps and within a Few weeks

the whole of Venkatagiri was a "Vegetarian Town", Swami had transformed

everyone. Swami waits for the opportune moment to show His Divine Grace and

Love.

 

Swami's Grace is all encompassing and everywhere, It is for everyone for us

to be receive His Grace and Love, Are we all following Swami's teachings,

ideals to receive His Grace?. Swami's Love and Grace is for everyone, It is

how we receive His Grace by Our actions and Deeds that is in Question.
