need some career councelling

hello everyone

can youm please suggest me about how my career would go in the coming.

presently i am lacking job satisfaction in IT industry.In the view of

same i am preparing for MBA exams.Is this the right option for me.

 

please also let me know how would my career go in the coming time and

if given a chance shall i go abroad or not.
