He certainly was the one who kept the Ministry for Cow Protection and Agriculture creation from dying in 1998 -- even though most of his Godbrothers wanted to toss it out. Also, he is the only GBC to sponsor a farm that has turned in all its cow protection reports -- Gita-nagari. I think he'd be a good one to go with.
