When did > you start growing for your expected customers? Balaji began seedlings in July as I recall. The first week we had only 5 varieties and by the 3rd week of Oct is was up to 8 or so. It was so wonderful to have fresh, organic greens, radishes, bitter melon, etc. Plus it forced us to cook according to the season. > How do your customers pay?
