As we pointed out before, it was demonstrated during the Vietnam war that there were people (American soldiers) who would have paid $100 for a gallon of milk, but the point is **how many people** will pay $100 per gallon? The same thing with ox-milled flour. You may find people who will pay $10.00 per kilo of ox-power flour -- but what is the **magnitude** of that demand? We have two important unknown variables in the calculation as to the economic feasibility of ox power flour: 1. We don't know what it costs a producer to produce a kilo of milled flour (including production of grain, wages for farmer & miller, advertising, shipping, etc.) 2. Even if we knew the cost, we don't know how many people would be willing to pay sufficiently above the cost of production to make the business profitable. your servant, Hare Krsna dasi
