Guest guest
Hare Krsna Prabhu. We had a bullock here in New Zealand who for the last 5 years of his life had very loose bowels and had alot of flactuence. Our vet tried some remedies to no avail even when he was on straight hay, it made no difference. Our vet seemed to think that the lower colon area had lost its muscle elasticity due to his age. He left his body at 19. It seems to be a natural progression of the ageing process. Especially your description of weight/muscle loss. Good luck. Agt Srila Prabhupada! Does anyone know how to cure diarrhoea? One of our cows here in Almvik Sweden has it since some months. The vet gave her a nutricious liquid and later coal dissolved in water but nothing helped. She is 18 years old and is loosing all her fat, her stomach is quite big. Grateful for some tips. ys Janesvara dasa
Guest guest
Probioticsc could help. These are special bacterial culture breeded for warm-blooded creatures (including humans) in Soviet military laboratories. Bacillus Subtilis, strain VKPM-7092. They eliminate any Diarrhoea within half an hour and do many other wonderful things. In fact they were created in order to eliminate the consequences of bacteriological weapons. But I have no idea how to send them to you. I am in Belarus, you are in Sweden. Try to find on Internet any medicines containing any (or alltogether) of the following cultures: lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bifidus, lactobacillus ramnosus, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus salivarius, lactobacillus bulgaris, lactobacillus lactis, lactobacillus casei, lactobacillus bravis. They are supposed to be not expensive (at least in my country they are not). Ys Ganga dd
Guest guest
Thank you for your good advices. We will use this in the future. Unfortunately, I have to inform you about the sad news that the authorities here in our commune concluded that the cow had to be killed. And so they did. She was breathing heavily and her heart was beating with double speed. There is a nonsense law in Sweden that an animal should not "unneccesarily suffer". If it is it must be killed. We have been keeping the authorities away for many years and we had a big fight with them two years ago about two of our cows. We won the case in that particular instance and could keep the cows, but the general rule is supposed to continue. We will not get more calves and we will just take care of the remaining cows to the best of our abilities. ys Jabnesvara dasa
