ISKCON ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL SURVEY 2000 AD.

Preamble:

[Please note: You may skip any questions of permanent information whose answers

have not changed since you completed them on the previous form. Please continue

answers on reverse side where necessary.] We suggest you compare last years

report to present conditions and reply on this form only the changes from the

preceding year.

Quarterly Reports:

Each farm or rural community should form a Farm Council to discuss agricultural

matters. This council should meet, as there is a need, but must meet prior to

GBC/Monitor visits to compile that part of the Quarterly Report concerning the

non-standard section (in council with the temple treasurer and president). It

is the responsibility of the GBC to review that portion and make

recommendations; it is his sole responsibility to provide any additional

comments in addition to the survey of the standards. The quarterly reports are

due January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31.
