You will have plenty of company when you fail if you try to do it on a

modern commercial scale. I personally believe it will best work when

you have clusters of individuals who have a diversity of specialty

crops and who co-operatively market their small scale milk production.

If milk is the sole source of income, failure is inevitable.

If we see as cowards those who have already taken that journey and don't

accept the lessons from it then we are no more than arm chair idiots
