For those of you who were sucked in as I was, the file you're instructed to delete manipulates long file names. So, it doesn't do any "damage" per se, just messes up your ability to save files with more than 8 characters in the name. If you deleted the sulfnbk.exe as proposed by the hoax message: here are the instructions for recovering the file: please go to http://antivirus.about.com/library/weekly/aa052601a.htm and it will tell you how to restore it.
