We have 23 cows and oxen at the present. Six oxen are there and one devotee will continue to take care of them and using them to some extent, pulling in logs from the forest for our sawmill or for firewood. Most of the cows are older and one can keep 3 - 4 cows giving milk. Around 20 ha agricultural land and 100 ha (1 ha = 100 x 100 meter) forest. We have machines, tractors and a bakery which needs freshly grinded flour. There is always land around to rent if it's needed. Almvik is a "Village-project" with 11 families. We have a nice temple with Panca-tattva Deities and Almvik is situated beautifully in the forest at a lake. 9 km to the closest town and 60 km from Stockholm. The best is of course if you are from a EU-country or Europe and familiar with the european scene.
