One, the one we dont like to talk about, and another, known as 'Type 2'. The person describing these products to me did not know the ingredients of type 2, but he said that sodium chloride was mentioned and also 'mucor miehie'. I dont know if this is a substance or a company name. The products are made by Sigma, a large chemical concern. Can anyone tell me if 'Type 2' is the vegetable rennin?
