Guest guest
>For example, I just heard that 9 cows are missing from Murari Sevaka Farm in Tennessee. They are not missing. >Question: Who is the GBC for Murari Sevaka? Bir Krishna, he has been having meetings there to come to a conclusion of what to do. More is involved than just cows missing they are moving all remaining cows to New Talavan (12) and dividing the land up amongst the devotees living in the area. The correct number of cows involved is 17, as happened once before one of the local devotees(?) Mother P has made some arrangement for a neighbour to have them! There is only one family living on the farm at present and shares the same views with Mother P. >Is it still Jayapataka Maharaja or is it someone else? Did whoever is the Murari Sevaka Farm GBC turn in a report by the July 30th deadline? Did that report confirm or deny this rumor? Do not forget, these devotees are not interested in the participation of the GBC or anyone else in the management of their farm. Bir Krishna has visited both New Talavan and Murari Sevaka. In New Talavan the cowherd (Nanda Suta, newly arrived - one year from MS) is very much disturbed by the happenings in MS, Nanda Suta is not interested at this time to speak with the GBC. Bir Krishna made himself available he was here for two days and if that was not enough he spent another two days in New Orleans just an hours drive away. He also invited New Talavan devotees to meet with him in Murari Sevaka to discuss solutions - no one went - he specifically invited Dvibhuja and Mother Kamra. >The point is: **The requirement for the GBC's to visit ISKCON's Farms, meet with the cowherds and submit reports to the Ministry of Cow Protection and Agriculture is for the purpose of protecting Krsna's cows.** If this Minimum Standard is not met, Lord Krsna's cows will be abused. And it will be very inauspicious for the residents and the GBC of the community in question. Actually he asked me to fill out the forms for New Talavan, which I did and sent everything to him (June 23). As of a few weeks ago Chayadevi has not received any report.
