Guest guest
I'm looking for a volunteer to translate Paramananda's Ox Power- Ki Jaya! into Spanish. If someone can do this by Feb 15, I will format it into a booklet which can be published online in Adobe format. (Also, once Balabhadra and Chaya find a new webmaster, I imagine they would want to add it to the ISCOWP website.) Part of my immediate interest is to make this available to Latin American countries, such as Cuba where oxen are widely used. Currently, Cuban practice is mainly to use nose rings in oxen -- and I have read in Small Farmer's Journal that when amateur ox drivers work the animals, often the nose ring rips out. If it were a Krsna conscious farm, we would simply retire the ox -- but in Cuba when the nose ring gets ripped out, the ox gets sent to slaughter. Also, I would like Latin Americans to begin to think of Hare Krsna devotees as a source of information and expertise regarding ox power. (First ox power, then hari-nama.) Anyway -- if anyone is willing to translate Ox Power - Ki Jaya! into Spanish, let me know right away. While we're at it -- a French translation would be useful also. You can find the text online at ISCOWP's website under "Resources." www.iscowp.com your servant, Hare Krsna dasi
