At first I thought I was reading the list incorrectly; that these were the places from which reports WERE received. But, no, the list is of those places and GBCs from whom you have not received reports as required by ISKCON Corporate by-laws. Could you give us a list of those who HAVE complied with the laws. Perhaps action should be pursued in a legal manner which brings to bear the legal responsibility of these non-profit charitable corporation officers (GBC) who are not following the by-laws of their corporation. I could understand one or two cases of non-reporting according to agreed upon laws but this gross wholesale negligence is criminal against the innocent cows who are suffering at the hands/leadership of those who are receiving charitable non-taxable hard-earned donations from people who trust that their donations are invested in such supremely high sacrifices (yajna) as cow protection/worship. Is there ever any acts of contrition from these so-called leaders? They may be devotees, but they are certainly not leaders. Is there something MORE important than protecting the cows? Hare Krsna dasi got on my case, respectfully, about doubting whether this reporting would take place when I stated my doubts back in June of this year. I relented and decided to give her time to convince me. The GBC is really not very convincing in their care about one of our very most important Krsna-citizens, the cows. I would love to hear the excuses. Must be those damn ritviks taking up all their time again! The bullshit just keeps getting deeper and deeper and cows are being led to the slaughterhouse from devotee farms now.
