Our training system now is informal, simply learning from others in the area. WE are linking with a local organic milk dairy and hope to link with the Univ of Florida dairy which is just nearby. But, the training from Tillers and others is on a different level. I agree we need to formalize our training program. I will also try to secure grants for this.
