IIn New Talavan that is the only person who is leased land (lifetime), those

who are using for agricultural purposes. If the lease requirements are not

fulfilled the lease is ended.

Comment:

If the next generation wishs to take up the leaseland of their parents they

are selected above anyone else wishing to lease the land (first option).
