Dear friend,

Pandit Gopesh Kumar Ojha in his book "Predictive Astrology of the Hindus" 1998 Edition at page 179 states, "Planets in retrogression become strong, but if a planet is in his sign of exaltation and retrograde also, the efficacy of his being in his exalted sign is impaired."

Hi,

Look at the planet degrees as a planet gives the

effect of exaltation in certain degrees and every

planet has a different range.

*Generally speaking* retrograde + exalted planet =

give some effects of debiliation.

Regards,

Neeraj

Gopesh Kumar Ojha was a great writer. Exaltation and Retrogression must be

considered as two different phenomenon and interpreted accordingly.
