Om Namah Sivaya!!

Namaskarams!

dear Narasimha..

when i apply that SJC tradition of looking to the twelfth house from

AK, i find that the 12th house is Taurus (Saturn, my AK is in Gemini

inthe Navamsa)...but...there are NO planets in Taurus in my navamsha

chart...where to look then?

i am a devotee of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, from Kerala, the

Hugging Saint so called by the press....and in my heart i feel that my

Ishta Devata is the Divine Mother, particularly in Her Kali bhava, or

Durga Bhava, both of which our Mother Ammachi is said to "represent"

so to speak...

any advice of how to find this Ishta Devata according to your

tradition would be appreciated...i am a relative beginner in the

studies of Jyotish, only since about the year 2000...and mostly

studying on my own as there are no teachers around here.

are there any other useful techniques to ascertain the Ishta Devata,

that you know of?

incidentally i use your Sri Jagannatha Hora Jyotish program and find

it excellent. THank you for all the work that you have put into it!

in Divine Mother's Love,

and In Her Service,

as ever

visvanathan

Om Amrtesvaryai Namah!
