I am actually more curious about how Venus figures in my chart and

the effects of D9 conjunciton with Ketu. Does ketu with venus make

one try to use sexuality for a higher purpose, so to say. I guess I

have always been very much interested in using this power to try to

raise consciousness and been extremely objective about it. So my

question is it like some past life desire that I renounce the so

called pleasures and instead take on a spiritual life instead.

As far wealth ( laxmi) itself goes,I could use some asap as the

business I have been trying is yet to take off and I definitely need

it to just survive, let alone prosper.

 

Sometimes things don't work out on the outside. Deals collapse at the

last moment, sometimes I myself lose faith.

 

So that's one concern which is immediate. Other is finishing my

higher education which has run into some troubles.

 

I am more curious about the effects of Venus and AK Mercury and

Saturn in my life in general.

 

Remedies: any vedic remedy is fine for me. I tend to agree with some

learned astrologers that lal kitab is not really the authentic vedic

astro resource. So I prefer to use any true vedically prescribed

remedy.

Not using God: hmmm...unfortunately at present I am more in a

position of Draupadi asking Krishna to save her dignity or the

elephant asking krsna to save him from the Crocodile. The higher non-

dual devotional paths are very laudable indeed. I admire those who

have the courage to follow it. I at the moment don't have that

courage. I guess we have our own paths to follow and the best that

can be done within that path. One day I will reach that SO AHAM

consciousness too and realise the SHIVO AHAM within...when the Bhakta

and the Bhagwan merge and the worshipper becomes the 'worshippe',,the

Yog of atma and param-atman ....till then keeping myself artificially

insulated from His grace just to prove my servitude and His

will...probably not a good idea....even if it is...I dont have the

courage to do it at the moment...In any case I am more attracted to

Jyana and Karma margas than the Bhkati marga by nature. Bhakti is not

my strongest forte and perhaps there is no need to artifically

cultivate it either.

I have been to some ISCON meetings here in US and found it another

version of right winger christianity. the difference being that

instead of Christ, Krisha was instead being foisted as the sole true

being and the creator. I am not that knowledgeble or experienced to

say what's the ultimate truth. I can barely manage my own life which

is full of troubles. But whenever someone says their way is the only

way, whether Christ or Krishna, that to me sends a signal that that

is not true spirituality for sure. How can the paramatman be confined

to one Godhead or one incarnation. I believe more in ekoaham

bahusyami....( hope that was spelled right)...
