Guest guest
Prafulla, It is good of you to remind us all that exaltation is not a kshetra, a domain really but a degree! Situations and factors so sharply demarcated in jyotish so often get all diluted into what could lead to misinterpretation by so many who just go with the sign in cases such as this and wonder what went wrong. But on the flip side, it is also about what I call 'sensitivity'! There are millions and millions of individuals who are exposed to mites, pollens, metals, dust and all other allergans but only a few of these exposed actually develop allergies and even fewer develop serious allergies leading to asthma. But that must not make us lay back and feel safe because recent data indicates that severe respiratory allergies are on the rise. Maybe more sensitive beings are being born, and they represent evolution in a sense as well as us pouring more allergic chemicals and so on into the space that we must live in. Perhaps we as a race (human race?) are becoming more sophisticated in our soul and becoming more sensitive or sensitized to subtle influences and no more can realy on the entire taurus being the domain of exaltation for moon. What this brings to one's consideration is that the linear, phasic rise and decline from 0-100 and back to zero utilized in zodiac for ucchhaa bala may not serve any more and a progression other than linear (such as exponential) may be required, at least in the case of those who have heightened sensitivity to all these environmental factors, including astrological ones. This is a thought that arose at this time and not a theory or even hyptothesis or postulate -- just an empirical observation perhaps, almost a hunch some would say? Any takers?
