Guys

I am suffering, I am married since 13 years. Not been able to develop understanding with spouse. The tensions are increasing day by day. It is effecting the entire family including children. I have losing charm and hope towards my life. I am always tensed and worried about this

Only on Thursdays tell her to wear yellow saree and

blouse and near about sunrise sit in sukh-asana and

chant the following only for 10 minutes.

No rosary is needed. Only to be dne on Thursdays.

During sadhna only have food once a day, i.e., on

Thursydays. Do take some item prepared at home from

108 times daily with sfatik rosary or using Kar mala
