Sat Nam!

In Ayurveda this is seen as toxins clearing from the blood and the body/mind.

Are they on or around the energy centers or Sushumna? If so emotional toxins

may be clearing from your practice. When you say you eat normal Indian food,

what is it? I have many Indian friends and the fare is not always Sattvic! ha

ha! Is it mainly kicheree or fried foods? Are you practicing Garsana or

Abhyanga? Do you eats lots of turmeric? Look forward to hearing your reply.

Blessings in Health!

I don't see what should cause your ailments from what you describe.

I would need to give you a healing session to see more clearly.

It could be the quality of the water you drink. Is it filtered?

Or have you been aware of something emotionally irritating to you that

happened around the same time as you started the regimen you describe?

Blessings,

Awtar

Dear Murali:

You need to look at your diet and make changes. Too much fried foods taxes

the liver, the heart and arteries, and also the lining of the stomach. The

other systems are probably also taxed.

But the skin is the outside mirror of the liver. As you heal the liver the

skin will clear.

There are various liver cleanse available. I don't know what's the most

readily available such cleanse in India. Perhaps best work with an ayurvedic

doctor.

Best wishes and blessings,
