I agree, that is a wonderful book!  He also has a deck

of inpirational cards, also called The Power of Now.

They are wonderful to draw each day.  Here is an

example of one card:

ACCEPTANCE OF WHAT IS immediately frees you from mind

identification and thus reconnects you with Being.

Resistance IS the mind.

And another:

YOU CAN ALWAYS COPE WITH THE NOW,

This list has been such a saviour to me . I am very happy to say

Sometimes I tune into the infinite nature of my being, and it is

very relieving, a strange strength, stability and courage is felt,

Heart feels open and tolerant to allow/pass any amount of

negativity,sadness of mine and others through it without being

touched by it.

I feel  courageous which says "What If INFINITY is captured and

caged into a small bottled vessel, it is still infinite in its true

essence"… WAHE GURU"
