Guest guest
R N Gupta: Here's a note I received June 7, 2005. Very strange, one year exactly! I don't have epilepsy and I don't know anyone personally who tried it. I am passing it to you all as it seems worth trying! I am leaving the address and e-mail of the person who channeled the information so you can write to him directly if you need more precise information. Blessings and please let us all know how it is working for you! Awtar S Rochester, NY "Epilepsy" When my nephew was 10 years old he started having seizures that were becoming progressively worse. All my other relatives wanted to put him on drugs. One night I prayed for a cure for him. The next morning I woke with a very clear dream...containing a cure for his seizures. He came over soon, as I was baby-sitting him. I showed him the technique(not knowing if he would even try it). He tried it, felt it work immediately, and the seizures have never returned. He is now 30. A few years ago a neighbor who has epilepsy and is also diabetic complained to me that her medications for both diseases didn't work together. I showed her the seizure technique. Her seizures stopped and she successfully stopped taking her seizure medication. This is the technique: Sit with a straight spine. The arms straight and by the sides of the body. With the hands relaxed, lift the arms far enough to the sides to feel a little tension, but not touching anything. All the breathing is through the nose. Inhale taking your awareness from your feet, through the body to the throat. Then exhale with your awareness starting at the throat; to across both shoulders, at the same time; then down both arms also at the same time; to off the finger tips of both hands again at the same time. Then inhale taking your awareness from the top of the head to the throat, and exhale as before. If the hands feel heavy, shake them a little and they will lighten. Continue the entire sequence as long as you want, without producing any strain. Naming it after my nephew, I call it "Kevin's Cure".
