Guest guest Posted June 10, 2006 Report Share Posted June 10, 2006 SAT NAM, IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THE VIDEO OF RAVI SINGH'S, YOGA FOR DEPRESSION?THERE IS AN EXERCISE WHERE YOU SIT CROSS LEGGED, ARM'S EXTENDED IN FRONT OF THE HEART WITH HANDS CLASPED. INHALE, HOLD THE BREATH AND PUMP ARMS UP AND DOWN 3 TM's AND THEN EXHALING AS YOU SQUEEZE THE HANDS AND ARMS TOGETHER, THEN INCREASE PUMPING 10 TM's EXHALING AND SQUEEZING. AFTER THIS EXERCISE NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DAY I'VE HAD NO MATTER HOW BAD I FEEL, THERE IS INSTANT RELIEF AND RENEWAL SO MUCH (GARBAGE) IS LIFTED. IS THERE A NAME TO THIS PARTICULAR EXERCISE.
