I am not a Guru but a humble student trying to learn the principles of vedic astrology. The ruler of your 10th house is Mercury. Mercury is located in the 8th house conjunct the Sun. This renders Mercury combust and thus weak. The 10th house is Virgo and Saturn is located there signifying that you will have a lot of ups and downs in your career. Mercury's position in the 8th house is likely to bring about many breaks and changes in career besides merit going unnoticed. There is no aspect on the 10th house! Also note that Moon is debilitated in the chart without any cancellation of debilitation. The question that arises here is what ought to be done. I have been hearing and reading about strengthening of weak planets. This is an area where I have no exposure so I will request Shri who has written about gems and remedies to help you out.
