Guest guest Posted June 14, 2006 Report Share Posted June 14, 2006 SAT NAM The problem that I am facing is that whenever I bring my attention to breathe I seem to constrict its natural flow causing it to vary bringing more discomfort and hence I am unable to focus on the breathe. If I gaze at the third eye then I do not seem to interfere with what is happening. but too much focusing at the third eye makes me ungrounded. SO please advice on where I should focus or gaze so that I am not a resistance to what needs to happen? Where should our attention be during KY excercises?
