Guest guest
This daily reflection really stuck with me. I have kept it up on my computer and revisited it several times. I think it is working on me at some deep levels. It reminds me a bit of the story of the Chinese Farmer who no matter what fortune or tragedy occurred said to comments about events, well see. I have also been advised to meet all blessings and challenges with a neutral om. I think Jai Maa would serve this purpose very well. Victory to Mother no matter what. There seems to be two main sections...surrendering the ego so we can recognize God, and second to avoid spending time trying to manipulate His creation. If we believe that whatever occurs in our lives is part of a divine plan, part of karma coming to full bloom, then I suppose if the ego is surrendered, and we are not working against circumstances to make the more favorable for the ego, we will be more able to SEE God and truth. At another level it could suggest focusing on God rather than getting caught up in maya. Thank you Shree Maa Devotee for this important seva (doing the daily posts). I always look for these gems and they provide inspiration for my day. Guest guest
Jai Maa! I second that, sister. It really hit home with me, too, since I make excuses for "trying to manipulate Her creation"....Here's to letting go and letting God!
