Guest guest
Dear Sri Mukharjee, Please accept our greetings and blessings of Lord Sri Krishna. This has a reference to your letter of addressed to Iskcon authorities. At the outset I hasten to tender my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and deeply regret for the very unpleasant incident which was not intentional at all. Inadvertently this unnecessary fuss over small matter caused bitterness could have been avoided. We have since taken corrective steps. I admit I failed to make myself fully understood because of limited time I had as - I was at that time too occupied with my personal matters as doctors were attending on my sister who had taken ill. As regards the incident:- We did initiate action as Promised Informed you by letter on 5th may 2006. Professionals involved in this investigation although commenced investigation - could not complete the assignment as she had to go to Australia on some special assignment Expected to be ready in the next two weeks. No intention to cover up the incident. In a pious place like Vrindavana such confrontation are out of place and avoidable. We expect your kind and noble nature will be inclined to overlook the shortcomings Reassuring you of the cordial relationship and patronage. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Ganpati das Prabhuji, Please refer to my reply to your following mail. I had thanked you for beginning the investigation on our complaint and requested you to mail me the findings by the investigating professional, which you have not done so far. You have also mentioned something about a letter dated 5th May, 2006, which I am not aware of and never received. Kindly attach me a copy of that letter. Further, I think and believe that investigations in a matter, where there is a loss of ring or indecent behaviour by the staff, should not take more than one day or maximum two days, wherein the persons involved were only few and that too when it is conducted by some professionals. Therefore in continuation to my previous mail to you, I once again request you to forward me the name and email id of the professional and/or the investigation report by him. Since I have put all trust and faith in your sincerity kindly reciprocate with my request. I don't think that it should take you more than few minutes to do the needful.I had assured you that my support and patronage continues even if the report was not in our favour. It is not that we are looking for some favorable considerations but the act of investigation is more important. So kindly help me to assure my trust in you.
