The first statement is Srila Prabhupada's statement in his letter to Hamsaduta. And the second statement is Srila Prabhupada's instruction given several times. Therefore you have now said that Srila Prabhupada contradicted himself. Since you recently wrote that Srila Prabhupada does not contradict himself, you have thus contradicted yourself. But maybe you think that my position is: "Srila Prabhupada wanted that in 1975 his disciples accept their own disciples" (this is not my position). In that case there is a contradiction only if the etiquette not to initiate one's own disciples while one's guru is still present prevents Srila Prabhupada from instructing his disciples to accept their own disciples while he is still present. Can you prove that by quotes from Srila Prabhupada? Also, your claim that Srila Prabhupada's letter to Hamsaduta could only be referring to disciples initiating on his behalf is unproven since five days. I suggest you follow Srila Prabhupada's instruction (Bg 17.15 purport) and at once back up your statements by quotes. Otherwise you can never win this debate. Please reply only when you can produce proofs of your claims, or when you withdraw them. ys Ramakanta dasa
