Guest guest
Dear Sri Mukharjee, Please accept my greetings and blessings of Lord Sri Krishna. There you very much for reposing confidence in me. And I will try my best to come up to your expectations. "Quote below the letter sent to you on the 5th may: Please accept my greetings and blessings of Lord Sri Krishna. Please refer to the discussions you had with us concerning "RING' We have entrusted to professionals (outside ISKCON) to investigate and report the case to us concerning the following: 1. To investigate/report about the incident. 2. how to protect customer's interest with resources available 3. Fix individual responsibilities f they overlook and /or transgress the authority 4. Ensure staff's polite / dignified dealings with patrons to safeguard Iskcon's image Thanking you. Un quote" The professional investigating the case is Smt. Abha Roy, her telephone No. is 9810276458. She has just returned from Australia and is visiting vrindavana this weekend. If you could Let us have your telephone number- she can talk to you and explain the reason for Delay in submitting report. We have in the mean time taken corrective measures concerning staff's dealings with the patrons - and during her visit to vrindavana ( this weekend ) we would take her more input in this regard this is also our main Area of concern. Perhaps you might have observed it is always the midmen who are causing a ripple in the calm sea, thus creating unwanted overtones. Surely, we take it as a point: all the same we strongly feel, rather our innermost being whispers that there are some invisible unseen forces lurking in the astral planes which do not permit us to come up to the finest spirit of harmony. Hence occasionally we fall short of your expectations. We wonder what is holding us back! May be Sri Krishna has some deeper meaning we will take it in that light. However if we have failed to come up to the mark and fallen short of your expectations, please do accept our sincere apologies, Craving your pardon, Yours faithfully Ganapati Dasa
