Jai MAA"<< "As we would serve God"...means, to me...with gratitude, with constancy, with attention, with devotion, with a clear mind, with humility and as much 'self-awareness' as we are capable of in each moment, without clinging onto the "highs" or drowning in the "lows", with courage to embrace the stripping away of our own attachments and desires , with trust in the ultimate goodness of what lies beneath the surface , with acceptance of "what is" as being the best opportunity, with a sense of humor ( most of all about ourselves), with a sense of "allowing" rather than an attempt to control, with flexibility rather than rigidity, with the understanding (even if it is only in the mind at first) that we are ALREADY that which we long for and so is every other part of Creation. We "serve God" by serving Dharma... the underlying Truth..in ourselves, in each other, in every element of Creation. And we all know, deep inside, what it feels like to serve in this way...and that is Grace! best, sadhvi
