I think she represents the beeja ksha in the ajna chakra. Hakini in

ajna chakra is attended by 'ha'msavathi and 'ksha'mavati on 2 sides.

In some paramparas like dakshinamurthy sampradaya pooja is done to the

3 circles after trailokya mohana chakra (vrttatraya). the first line

contains 34 Devis , and 34th one is kshamavathi.
