Guest guest
What are these? http://photos.in-chi.com/view.php?img=dome1 http://photos.in-chi.com/view.php?img=dome The first link looks more like living quarters with the ventilation on top and a utility cable running in the right. The second one looks like a place of worship (?) (from the red paint in the lower half of the wall)....I do not read telugu to grasp what is mentioned on the sign above the entrance. Guest guest
These are residential domes from pilgrims to live in during their stay at Devipuram: "Simple facilities exist for about 100 pilgrims to stay for a few days to a few months. A vegetarian canteen provides meals at cost, which is Rs 30 for breakfast, lunch and dinner with tea/coffee twice per day. You have to inform about 2 days prior to arrival because everything has to be brought from Sabbavaram or Anakapalle. For stay in domes, pilgrims are charged at Rs 20/day, which can be waived if they are willing to put in 4 hours of light work like doing poojas for pilgrims, gardening, cleaning, etc." http://www.devipuram.info/devipuram.htm , "ganpra" <ganpra wrote: > > What are these? > > http://photos.in-chi.com/view.php?img=dome1 > http://photos.in-chi.com/view.php?img=dome > > The first link looks more like living quarters with the ventilation > on top and a utility cable running in the right.
