What are these?

The first link looks more like living quarters with the ventilation

on top and a utility cable running in the right. The second one

looks like a place of worship (?) (from the red paint in the lower

half of the wall)....I do not read telugu to grasp what is mentioned

on the sign above the entrance.

These are residential domes from pilgrims to live in during their stay

at Devipuram:

 

"Simple facilities exist for about 100 pilgrims to stay for a few days

to a few months. A vegetarian canteen provides meals at cost, which is

Rs 30 for breakfast, lunch and dinner with tea/coffee twice per day.

You have to inform about 2 days prior to arrival because everything

has to be brought from Sabbavaram or Anakapalle. For stay in domes,

pilgrims are charged at Rs 20/day, which can be waived if they are

willing to put in 4 hours of light work like doing poojas for

pilgrims, gardening, cleaning, etc."
