I refer to Shri C.S.Desikan's e mail of 17th inst. on the above subject.I fully to his thouhgts and with your permission, I may also add he following.

 

If an OBC/SC/ST is run out in a cricket match, the umpire should not declare him out.

 

While selecting panel of umpires the quota system shuld be strictly enforced.

 

The players selection commitee should consist of 1/3 OBC/SC/ST members.

 

Once in three years OBC/ST/SC candidate should be selected as president of BCC
