Sat Nam Carla!

Do you feel affected in any way if you practice during your moon cycle? What

you would watch for is the flow slowing down or stopping after practice. This

is really only a concern for Vata types. The moon cycle is governed by Apana

or the downward moving force. If your constitution is Vata it is more frail

that the others and more likely to be thrown off balance through inversions or

powerful kriyas. If you are Kapha or Pitta there should be no concern. But judge

your experience of inversions during your cycle and see for yourself.

Blessings in Health!
