Guest guest
> > Trained in what? Modern psychology? Or trained in spiritual knowledge? > > Both. Therein lies the problem. We don't need modern psychology. Some may need psychiatric assistance for neurological disorders or extreme mental imbalances, but psychology isn't psychiatry. And a devotee trained in psychology is not what is meant by "spiritual counsellor" or adviser. Someone who has long years of devotional service, has assimilated the knowledge, and can apply solutions, give counseling and shelter to someone is a "spiritual counsellor."
