Guest guest
Welcome Joe, You might want to look at the web site of Sri Ramanasramam where there are plenty of books on line which you can download for free. Go to http://www.ramana-maharshi.org/ and look at the downloads page. "Who am I?" "Spiritual Instruction" "Self-Inquiry" might be good places to begin. warm regards, Peter ________________________________ RamanaMaharshi [RamanaMaharshi] On Behalf Of Jeo 25 June 2006 12:17 RamanaMaharshi [RamanaMaharshi] Books I'm new to this group, so i wish to learn more about maharshi's teachings, pls send me the list of recommended books: joe
Guest guest
Hello Jeo, Apart from the three given earlier, Be as you Are by David Godman Talks with Ramana Maharsi Contains Bhagavan's teachings. Peace. Guest guest
For a start my take would be --Talks with Ramana Maharshi -- Teachings of Ramana Maharshi in his own words. Both books are free download from www.ramana-maharshi.org/ Muru Arimugan <drapion02 (AT) (DOT) co.uk> wrote: Hello Jeo, Apart from the three given earlier, Be as you Are by David Godman Talks with Ramana Maharsi Contains Bhagavan's teachings. Guest guest
For a start, I'd definitely suggest Arthur Osborne's "Ramana Maharshi and the Path of Self-Knowledge" and David Godman's "Be as you are". Yours in Bhagavan, Sharada J. and S. Lartet
