Guest guest
I'm going to Mysore for the first time later this month. I'm a beginner Ashtanga student (1/2 primary series) and would like some advice on pacing myself in classes while I'm out there. This will be the first time that I'll be practicing Ashtanga daily for an extended period of time and I anticipate a lot of sore arms and shoulders at the beginning. I'd also appreciate advice from anyone who's been there about housing options and any ideas on things to do while I'm there (cooking classes, sanksrit classes, day trips from Mysore, etc.). Thanks! Namaste, YB The Buddha taught we shouldn't shun the world any more than we should cling to it. Instead, we should seek to greet each moment with an awake and compassionate heart. (A. Guest guest
Yamilee, I am planning on traveling for my first time to Mysore in the late fall early winter. Your questions are the same questions I would post. If you could let me know how your experience is that would be great. I'll let you know if I find out any valuble info for your upcoming trip. Good Luck, Jesse
