Help for temple (near oppiliappan koil) samprokshanam

Dear Sri Satakopan swamy/Sri Mukundan,

Emperuman talks to adiyars even in this kali in different modes. Bhakthas have faith in getting emperuman's permission by placing flowers in front of him and also

through the mouths of acharyas/archakas and so on. In Oppiliappan sannadhi, near kumbakonam sravana deepam is very famous and it is beleived that oppiliappan

himself clarifies the doubts and prompts some matters directly through the person who is blessed to do this divine service (sravanadeepakArar). One such

kainkaryam prompted by oppiliappa perumal is the renovation of the temple nearby.

Renovation work is personally taken over by Sri V Ravichandran swamy and the samprokshanam is due to take place on 10th July.

LOCATION : THEN KOLAVIILE VILLAGE,

TIRUVARUR DIST, ( 5 KM FROM ALANGUDI)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION : This temple is more than 400 yrs old and comes under HR &CE. The renovation of temple has been handed over to Sri V Ravichandran - S/O Late , Shri. Vasudeva Iyengar - who hails from this village and are presently doing Shravana Deepa Kaigaryam.(Val Deepam )

Shri , Ravi Mama started Deepa Kaigaryam in JAN '93.on a divine occasion , at oppliappan koil in Shravan Day, One year ago , indications were received (PERUMAL AGJAI ) to carryout this renovation work. The renovation work as well as establishing new sannadhi for Panchamuga Anjaneya, Sudarsana Alwar & Rama were done .

The samprokhshanam is being held on 10.7.06 . The programme as follows.

9.7.06 HOMAM ( 9 HOMA KUNDAM ESTABLISHED)

10.7.06 SAMPROKHSHANAM 9.15 AM - 10.00 AM

KALYANA UTSAVAM / THIRUVEEDHI PURAPPADU

The vaideegam expenses & others are estimated around 1.75 - 2.00 lakhs.

Since no trust has been formed, all works have been carried out in an individual capacity as donor.

Donations are welcome from the well wishers.
