I take cranberry tablets for that and also, years ago, my Reiki master told

me that it¹s from unexpressed frustration or anger so I take the cranberry

and get rid of any such blockages and that seems to work out great!

Peace,

Jennifer

Cranberry juice helps keep bacteria from adhering to

the urinary tract walls.

Of course, it has to be the purest cranberry juice

available.

Hi:

Cranberry juice works to maintian the health of the urinary tract. If you want

something more potent, I would opt for cranberries in the pill form. It is more

concentrated.

With that said, if you do have an active infection with symptoms (cloudy urine, a

strong ammonia odor, pain) don't be afraid to go to an MD or MD/ naturopath.. A

little over 10 years ago I had an infection for about two weeks that I thought I could

treat myself and it escalated into a infection of my right kidney. The pain was so

severe, I would almost black out when I would walk.

The kidneys are very important spiritually and physically. Physically, every ounce of

our blood goes throught the kidneys to filter the waste that is accumulated as the

blood circulates throughout the body. In Traditional the kidney's

are the seat of chi/life force and when we are weak in the kidney's other meridians/

systems suffer.

So after trying the cranberry for a few days you still aren't feeling any better go see

someone.

Take care and sat nam.
