Staying with the Breath

Hello,

I am performing the alternative breathing cleansing exercise and the

instructions say that I should stay with the breath or be aware of their

presence. I know that and feel that the air as it passes through mynose,

throat and reaches my lungs. Is this all I should be aware of?

Because the text further mentions that we need to visualise the air movement

through the ida and pingala naadis. Would very much appreciate if anybody

has a clearcut explanation to conceive this visualisation?
