To all Gurus,

 

I am a complete laymen to astrology, I have a doubt

, I am born on 27th dec ,1977 , time 20:35 place

jhansi.

According to Sun sign I am capricorn but according to

Lunar system I am Cancerrian ( Karka ).

Can you please throw some light how to diffrentiate

and which one to follow.

Also I am planning to settle out of India , is this

right time or I should wait.
