Kidney and Bladder infections can get out of hand very quickly. Emotionally suppressed anger and 2nd Chakra imbalance. Working with those energies can be useful. Any mantra, mudra (apan mudra), or meditation that works the 2nd Chakra would be good. Rescue Remedy and Beech from Bach Flower essences and pine essential oil is very healing to the kidneys and bladder. I produce a kidney rub that you can use topically or place a few drops in the bath for healing infections. Pine essential oil may also be added to bath water. Blessings in Health!
