Waning moon as a malefic for cancer lagna ?

Dear Gurujis,

Can a waning moon in cancer for a native with Cancer Lagna act as

malefic ? The native whenever wore a good quality pearl faced many

health problems.His moon is in cancer at 16 degrees(Saturn star and

Jupiter sub).Pls suggest.

During transits whenevr thete occuers conjunction of two or three of

Mercury,Venus,Rahu and Moon probably the health of the native is

affected.Asfor instance, 26-26-2006 was a day of illhealth for the

native.?Does the

native any dealings in "silks"?.or his father.?

No, the reason lies elsewhere and it may just be some coincidence and some blind faith / prejudice. Moon is never malefic as lagna lord in lagna. Even if afflicted, Pearl should help by general theory. See dasa bhukti. If possible, let me know the exact happenings objectively along with time of such happenings.

waning moon will make the moon krur planet, not ashubha.
