I generally tend in such situations to go ahead and implement as in

start utilizing the proposal and not wait for some general consensus!

Lord knows the club jyotish still has not been able to reach

consensus on things such as ayanamsha, houses, mean or true position

of nodes, dignity signs for lunar nodes, mangal dosh, sade sati,

where does the list end ...!
