Problems with servants: Planets, Remedies

Respected members and gurus,

For the last few months I have been having issues with servants (especially driver). My car is blue in color and the license plate adds up to 8. In april we were involved in a car accident where a truck struck us from behind, thankfully no one was injured but I had to pay about 10000 from pocket after insurance paid the rest.

The drivers I have had keep asking me for advance money, even though I treat them very well.

Can the members through some light on what planets need to be pacified/ strengthened to alleviate this problem. Any remedies (i.e. gemstones, mantras) etc. will be much appreciated. I am also currently under sade saati.
