I hope I understand your request correctly. Here is my first brief reply:

 

The Bhagavad gita printed in Bulgarian has in its appendix a section called

Japa Meditation guidelines. There it is explained how to chant; how many

rounds to chant; how to get 108 round wooden beads and how to make our own

japa-beads etc. There is even a picture, showing how to correctly hold the

japa...

 

Try to find one in English with the same appendix.

 

Can that help somehow?
