want to know exalted +retro is it good?????

i am confused related one thing............is it like that if a planet

is exalted and retrograte its strength is further increased........and

will give even better result.............

and if its deblited and retro then the result will be worse..........

 

in my case its......cancer lagna and saturn exalted and retro in 4 th

house what will be the result.........

 

i am a beginner please help me to understand

What I understand is Exaltation + Retro = Debility.

As per what I have learned Retro+ exalted =debilated.

Debiliiation+ retro =exalted.

I hope you got it now.

However I am now giving something different.

See what exaltation means?

You will be ahead of others.

state of mind is good in exaltaion and one is like king man.

Now understand retrogession is very bad.

Means it delays the effects as per Guru Vistiji it is like password , as per my small little knowledge it gives effect WHEN NOT EXPECTED.
