Guest guest
SrI SrI Guru Gaurangau Jayatah Camp:Gaura_Nitai temple, Dnepropetrovs'k, Ukraine DaNDavats Dear Mukunda datta Prabhu. Jaya Krishna BalarAma! Please accept my respectful obeisances. All Glories to Sreela PrabhupAda.. Thank you for your inspiring sloka which brings the wandering mind back to the natural village of vrajabhumi. when I took sannyasa in Moscow in 2001 you sent me a verse from Bilvamangala stava about how Krsna's friends visit him in the morning to go to the forest with sticks in their hands. what's that verse? you sent it with the caption "they've got sticks too!" Dandavats. Jaya Srila Prabhupada! Jaya Nitay Gauranga! As for asking directions (not just any, but the best!), the following is such a beautiful verse: aye vrndaranya tvaritam iha te sevana-parah param apuh ke va na kila paramananda-padavim ato nicair yace svayam adhipayor iksana-vidher varenyam me cetasy upadisa disam ha kuru krpam aye - O; vrndaranya - Vrndavana forest; tvaritam - quickly; iha - here; te - they; sevana- parah - devoted to service; param - great; apuh - attain; ke - who?; va - or; na - not; kila - indeed; parama - transcendental; ananda - of bliss; padavim - the path; atah - then; nicaih - with humility; yace - I beg; svayam - own; adhipayoh - of the two monarchs; iksana-vidheh - of the sight; varenyam - best; me - of me; cetasy - in the heart; upadisa - please show; disam - the direction; ha - Oh!; kuru - please do; krpam - mercy. O Vrndavana forest, who among your devoted servants has not quickly attained the path of supreme transcendental bliss? I humbly beg you: please reveal in my heart the best way to attain my king and queen. Please be kind to me. /Srila Rupa Gosvami, Sri Stava-mala, Utkallika-vallari, text 2/ Here in Ukraine, since I've been here I'm drinking 1 litre + daily of wheatgrass juice to maintain traveling + preaching stamina. Daily I use for a message oil, 90% cooked down cow urine for stopping vericose veins from acting up again. if there are any "cow" verses you can sling me, I'd much appreiciate it as it looks like I'm increasingly being forced by circumstances to take shelter of the cows more and more.
